2011 VBS Online Registration

Upon arriving at New Summit for VBS on the first night attended, parents or guardian will be required to sign a consent form. If you have any questions, please email lori_owen@sbcglobal.net and enter "VBS Question" in the subject line. Dinner donation will be One dollar per meal per adult and $.50 per meal per child with a maximum per family of Five dollars per day. Please mark how many family members will be eating each night. Enter 0 (zero) if none attending a certain date.
Enter the total amount for dinner for adults and children.
After submitting your information, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours confirming that we have received your registration. Please e-mail Lori Owen at lori_owen@sbcglobal.net if you have any questions or do not receive your confirmation e-mail.
