The People Helping People Network

 

The People Helping People Network is looking for volunteers.  If you know of someone who has a need that may be filled by PHP, call the PHP office as below. 

The purpose of PHP is to improve the quality of life through the coordination of efforts by volunteers to meet specific concerns of the residents of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

  • What are the needs that the People Helping People Network meet?
It is PHP network's mission to help meet non-monetary needs for Lee's Summit, MO citizens.  The most frequently requested services from Lee's Summit residents utilizing the PHP network are transportation, home repair, laundry and/or home cleaning, garden and lawn care, adult relief care and cooking.

Any Lee's Summit, MO resident who has a non-monetary need not being met by other social services.
 
  • How do I get help?
To access help from People Helping People network simply call 816-524-7172 and speak to a member of the office staff or leave a message for a return call.  Efforts will be made to contact those calling for help with volunteers in the network who can meet their needs.
